This time of year, this year anyway, November has been great for walking. We have been out every day finding new trails or revisiting older ones we have been to. This walk was a few days ago at Heaps Peak - a local arboretum about 15 minutes from the house farther up Rim Highway. Unfortunately, for me, it is a short walk - I prefer longer ones. You can do this walk in about 45 minutes including stopping to take photos. It was gorgeous that day.
I never add more saturation to my photos - they turn out like this on my camera and sometimes I try to desaturate them a bit. The colors are gorgeous but sometimes it's just too much. I have my setting on "standard" and not the more vivid options. Anyway here's a bit of the walk. Weather report says we could, slight chance, get snow next week. I'm willing to forego snow this year because I'm having fun finding new areas to walk.
