Went out driving a few days back and drove up to the rim where I like to go for sunset photos at certain times of the year. It's right near Top Town and since we're going down the mountain today and will be near there i'm anxious to see if the snow is still on the trees. It's been really cold and icy and we've had a heavy wind so not sure what I'll see.

These pictures are STUNNING! Truly, they are magazine worthy. I always enjoy your pictures, but these knocked it out of the park. We've had only a dusting of snow so far this year, so I enjoyed looking at these lovely wintry scenes. Gorgeous!

I drove over there today and mostly everything was melted - which makes sense ...they get the full sun all day whereas in my little area just a few miles away there is nothing but trees blocking the sun and it still looks as snowy as it did a week ago.
i'm waiting for the melt.

Just amazing to see these wintry scenes, all so beautiful. We had a very warm day here on Vancouver island, and not a bit of snow left. I'm wondering what Feb. will bring?😂
