I love to go driving through here. There was a house we drove by - (I had wanted to see it because i love the area (very country mountain) - and the monthly amount would be the same we are paying here) ...but there was no yard to speak of and although it had a great view of the lake and beyond - it only had a small tiny front yard). I'm not really wanting to move but once in awhile I see something that interests me.

Hi Cheryl - no snow here - the snow began to fall in Twin peaks and on up through Running Springs and BB. But, not that much. I'm sure by now at least in the lower towns it's already melted. We just got lots and lots of rain and I imagine Lake Gregory is looking more full.
Finally lots of color in Blue Jay and Lake Arrowhead now - some of the trees are so awesome!
Crestline and LG are finally getting more color.
Tiny front yard = less work. :-) You can see where my mind goes!!!
Very steep hill, it looks like. Lovely views.
One thing, I'd not want to be at "the bottom" of such a hill. With lots of rain, it would come down, down, down. Upon the last house...

Wondering how many bedrooms and bathrooms. Looks like two decks, right?, and it looks like a really nice house and the view...wow!!
We were up your way a couple of weekends ago. Yes, LOTS of color! We enjoyed our Sunday drive up through Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, and Crestline...then, back into the ... SMOG!

What a beautiful place. It seems so serene. It must be great to wake up each day looking around such a grand beauty of nature.

thanks all - i don't think I communicated this correctly - none of these were the house i was looking at - this was just a few houses from our drive up there. It's a few miles from our house we have now. We are on the other side of the lake, not quite straight across.
