I've only just begun to plant annuals and some perrenials. I'm doing research on what grows good up here and I also have a tree I want to purchase "Red Bud". My neighbor has one and I watched it through last fall, winter and spring and loved the colors of the leaves.
There will be more bird feeders - i've already put a few back there, more plants and on the hill we are cleaning off will be wildflowers. One more container garden will go in. And then all I have to do is water, weed and watch birds.
Here are the next stage photos of My Little Garden.
As usual i take way too many photos of basically the same thing but that's my "nature".
Beyond the chain link fence is my neighbor's beautiful garden - I have taken many photos of it over the fence. It's nice to have a kindred soul when it comes to gardening - my garden pales next to hers. I'll have to post some photos up close some day soon.

Looking good! I hope to be able to see it soon! We are definitely planning to come on the 1st of June unless you have other plans. We would be there Sunday night and Monday night and come home Tuesday. But I'll call and check with you soon.
sounds great!
Looking awesome!
My flowers are staring to bloom now, love it!
Hi Sandy, it was great to hear from you and I know your garden will be just beautiful. I still remember the one you had before.
This is going to be a great garden Sandy. Love watching gardens grow, expand, spread and become each their own beautiful environment.
thanks everyone. It's small but it will be fun to watch it grow!
It was fun to see your little garden,
Sandy. It's always enjoyable to watch how plants change from day to day. I hope they do well for you.
Hope you have a chair to put out there for me! See you Sunday afternoon.
The first time I saw a red bud was this past winter/spring as we were driving into West Virginia. They grow wild in concert with white dogwoods back there. In such numbers, they are a truly astonishing sight.
