SO beautiful!!!
i hope they sell the little love birds two by two... so they'll have someone to love on!
what a beautiful painting they would make. i love their vibrant color.
i had to catch up with the last two posts.
last time i left you with ALLERGIES!
glad you're feeling better. or at least well enough to ignore them. :) xo♥
haha - the allergies up and left and i'm feeling better - Never got hit like I did with these a few days back - it was after heavy winds and I was stupidly enough - out raking leaves and then it hit. I went to another bird farm today to check it out in a different city and what a great day - walked through another favorite neighborhood - Redlands. Even had IN and Out hamburgers on the way home - yum.
The lovebirds are beautiful! I am going to have to try to sketch them...I love their colors and I also hope they are only sold as a pair!!
Those birds are so pretty. I'm surprised to see so many of them together like that.
I have a feeling they are mostly sold in pairs. I remember years ago when the kids were little I had a pair of them.
I found out they are called Peach face loved birds. I wouldn't mind a couple of them!
B-r-i-g-h-t!!!! Little birds, I mean.
I was tested for allergies, and came out only really allergic to cockroaches. Hopefully, I have nothing to really fear.
But all the other ALLERGY like stuff I get, is to the dust, with is often stirred up, by them. Wind... Cutting grass... You raking leaves... Tsk, tsk, tsk. -grin- Etc.
Have you ever been tested? It make me feel much better, just to know, that I was not submitting my body to some horror, every time I got the sneezes, runny nose, irritated eyes... It was just life-related. :-)
What are you allergic to???
Hi Tessa - it was something the wind kicked up - I am somewhat sensitive to certain pollens and such in fall usually. We had a long siege of heavy winds and then I go out and I'm raking up pine needles, etc., afterwards. No doubt it was something from that . No need for testing - if it's something that comes with the wind there is no avoiding it except to stay away from raking and kicking stuff up. Never heard of a cockroach allergy.
Cockroach allergy!!! LOL> That's me! Always got to be different.
Probably what's as interesting, is that they TEST for cockroach allergy!
Maybe every one is allergic to them. and if someone wasn't allergic to anything, they'd not trust the test. Sooooo....... Test for something, everyone is allergic to.... All people will feel they 'got their money's worth'.... ,-)
