We saw her the other day on our walk around the lake. We happened to take the street path which we don't normally do - meaning we are usually closer to the lake. I was glad we did because we saw this beautiful Afghan Hound who use to be a show dog - and the owner rescued her from a place that takes care of retired show dogs when the owners don't want them anymore (not sure how true this is - it's just my own interpretation of what he said).
Anyway they call her "Toast". She is sure pretty.

We definitely will take that route - this time of year i like to see what wildflowers are blooming up more at the street level in people's yards. She is so cute.
