Not sure what we will do today but I wanna go out and have fun. I have so been waiting for this day since I turned 60. I promised myself I would remember to post this video by the Beatles.
When I was so young - back in 1966 - the thought of being 64 was incredibly foreign to me. I was 16. I found out recently this song was recorded December 6, 1966. Dec 6 of course was yesterday so basically the song was recorded almost to the day 48 years ago.

I know you're out enjoying the day and I already wished you a happy birthday, but I love how you celebrated here with that song...always liked it because it was so bouncy and happy. And 64 did seem so old back in the sixties...haha!

thanks Laura and Daisy. I had a good day out and it was nice warm weather off the mountain and i enjoyed it - now i'll be getting ready for snow at the end of the week or so they say.
